I wonder who Will's sending all these letter to? He found a pad of sticky notes and thought they would make good letters. So they went into the mail box and then were sent around the house for deliveries!

Silly "Herkies"
I often call Will a turkey when he's being really silly and somewhere in that busy little mind of his, he converts it to Herky. So this morning, when Will and Nate were playing together at breakfast, Will started laughing and said "two Herkies!" I had to run for the camera! It's so much fun to see how they entertain each other!!

Ho Ho Ho!!
We made a visit to the Arboretum for brunch with Santa. Nate wasn't too crazy about Santa (but he doesn't know about all of Santa's magic just yet!!) Will was shy but told Santa that he would like a car and that he would leave cookies and reindeer food on Christmas Eve. Afterward we checked out the huge train display that went through a gingerbread town. It was a great morning full of holiday fun!

Enjoying the weather...
Can you believe it was so warm we didn't even need our coats in December!!? We took advantage of the weather for a "photo shoot" with Aunt Aud. We learned it is nearly impossible to get these little guys to look at the camera and smile. And to think we were trying to get both of them to do it at the same time, together in the same picture! HA! Oh well, we still ended up with some good pictures and enjoyed the weather-Thanks Aunt Aud. I can only imagine what I would have ended up with on my own!

Christmas is coming!
The tree is lit and decorated, the lights are up outside, the presents are almost all purchased (but not wrapped), the elf is on the shelf! We're getting ready for HoHo! Will remembers calling Santa "ho ho" from last year and it stuck. We've been reading some Christmas books and listening to Christmas music so we're trying to prepare him for all the fun. I love how cozy the house feels this time of year and wouldn't mind a little (emphasis on LITTLE) snow to play it!
